Network Gulf has successfully rolled out an integrated audit workflow management system on Tiny ERP for Morison Menon Chartered Accountants (www.morisonmenon.com ), in their Sharjah office, United Arab Emirates(UAE). The Modules implemented include fully customised CRM , Sales Management, Proposal Management, Human Resources, Accounting and Job Management.

The entire functional requirement study, development and implementation were successfully undertaken remotely from the Kochi office of NGIT with the support from Dubai office. Thanks to the core expertise of the development team and intense involvement by people from all sides, the project was completed in a very short span of time, as planned.

The application currently has 30 users in multiple groups, having a variety of business related roles. The workflow is totally customised to meet the specific requirement of Morion Menon's current operations and have been designed as close to the current practices as possible to reduce re-training the users and disruption to the business.

The application has been online since the middle of February and is currently running in dual client mode – client server(GTK) and web(etiny). This provides extreme flexibility and improves accessibility. The employees are now able to update the job status and timesheet entries on site from anywhere - inside and outside the office.

Dash board

This solution has helped the Sharjah office streamline it's growing operations and provides the management with an integrated platform to manage the various activities. It also provides a platform for the different departments to co-ordinate their activities in an organized way. Further the audit trail that the system provides helps the management assess employee efficiency and also help the employees monitor their work and improve efficiency. Custom dash-boards have been designed to give a snapshot to the top managers to enable them to plan their time. Automatically created analytical chart entries provide a realtime profitability analysis on the ongoing projects and helps the management keep a tight control on the costs.

The solution, being based entirely on Linux and Open-Source stack, provides the best TCO for any solution in this league. The solution is capable of scaling up with the requirements of Morison Menon and will not involve any software and user licensing costs. Because of the open nature of the application, the solution is capable of being integarted with any other open architecture applications.

Once Morison Menon completes rolling out of the solution internally, the development if the next phases will be taken up. These involve a similar work flow application for the consultancy division and backward integration to the financial and payroll modules.

Successful implementation of this Project has given confidence for Network Gulf to take up implementation of similar customised Tiny ERP for Service based industries. Thanks to the Tiny ERP architecture and support from Tiny -India team, we are confident of being able to deliver solutions to help businesses around the world.
