This project was undertaken along with the French partner M/S Digital Cube and enabled the integration of TinyERP backend with a custom e-commerce website developed by M/S Digital Cube on a joomla-virtuemart platform.

All the main modules of TinyERP, including Financial Management, Production Management, Purchase management and Inventory Management, were implemented at the client place to provide a complete solution to manage the operations of the company. The focus of custom development was Sales management, with Sale orders directly getting logged into TinyERP from the Virtuemart shopping cart as one of the key requirements.

On logging the sale orders in TinyERP, these are automatically printed for immediate attention of the concerned staff. TinyERP has also been custom configured to send SMSs to the ordering and invoicing contacts at various stages of the workflow. Automatic printing of any Special messages left by the customer with the order and generation and printing of barcodes are some of the add-ons that were delivered as part of the solution.

The TinyERP implementation also has a Tax Rule module which automatically calculates the tax for products in the BOM. This module is capable of taking care of the dynamic tax rules implemented by governments for similar business operations.

This integrated application has enabled Quickfleurs to achieve an unprecedented level of automation in their operation and has helped them scale up their business by being able to meet customer needs more efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products and regular communication with the customers through SMS.

This project has given Network Gulf a chance to showcase the integration capabilities of TinyERP in a live environment, in communicating with external servers and implementation of two way SMS gateways. The project has also given confidence to us to take up projects in local languages as this application is implemented completely in French.
