Security & Other Updates - Endian is constantly developping and the enhancing it's products and is regularly releasing the updates necessary to guarantee the proper operation and complete security of your network. The antivirus software is updated regularly through a dedicated channel.

New Version Software Updates - Joining the Maintenance program from Endian allows you to update your products with the most recent release on the market with no extra costs.

Sanity Check with E-Mail Alert – Continued safety of any information system is dependent on the promptness of action. Endian maiontenence includes the monitoring of the state of all its systems, alerting the user through an e-mail when required. The machine reports all the changes to its status and whether the softare update process requires user intervention.

Sanity Check with SMS Alert - Subscribing to an Advanced Maintenance package enhances the alert system to include instant intimations through SMS in addition to the normal alert through e-mail. This helps you remain informed even when you are disconnected from your network.

Full Service Monitoring with Instant SMS and E-Mail Alert - Subscribing to an Advanced Maintenance package enables you to get instant intimation to you through SMS and e-mail. The alerts include status change of all active services on the system, any need for manual intervention on the updating process when needed.

Ticket System Support (e-mail) – Subscribing to any Maintenance contract offeres the possibility to benefit from the Ticket Mail service. If any problem is found, the user can report the problem through this service, opening a ticket in the Endian Network. This ticket will stay open and attended until its complete resolution within the shortest time span possible.

Live Support - One of Endian´s major aims is quickness of response.
